1990 Freightliner with Series 60 Engine coolant level sensor location:

The coolant sensor on a 1990 Freightliner with a series 60 engine is located on the left/front side of the cylinder head, above the water pump. It has one wire sensor. Follow bottom radiator hose back to the engine until it reaches a metal flange with bolts. Coolant level sensor will be just above the bottom radiator hose flange where it meets Cylinder head.
