How to Check Hydraulic Oil Level on a Ford 2600 Tractor

1. Park the tractor on a level surface and turn off the engine.

2. Allow the hydraulic oil to cool down before checking the level.

3. Open the hydraulic oil filler cap.

4. The hydraulic oil level should be between the "FULL" and "ADD" marks on the dipstick.

5. If the hydraulic oil level is below the "ADD" mark, add enough hydraulic oil to bring the level up to the "FULL" mark.

6. Reinstall the hydraulic oil filler cap.

7. Start the engine and run the tractor for a few minutes to circulate the hydraulic oil.

8. Recheck the hydraulic oil level and make sure it is between the "FULL" and "ADD" marks on the dipstick.
