Cylinder Head Bolts
* Tightening Sequence: 1, 3, 5, 7, 2, 4, 6, 8
* Tightening Angle: 110 degrees in 3 stages
Stage 1: 35 - 40 Nm (25.8 - 29.5 lb-ft)
Stage 2: 65 - 75 Nm (47.9 - 55.3 lb-ft)
Final Tightening: 110 degrees
Important Notes:
- Always use a torque wrench to ensure accurate tightening of the cylinder head bolts.
- Always follow the tightening sequence specified to ensure proper seating of the cylinder head gasket.
- Do not over-tighten the cylinder head bolts, as this can lead to damage to the cylinder head or gasket.
- It is recommended to replace the cylinder head gasket whenever removing the cylinder head.
