1. Check coolant. Make sure the coolant overflow reservoir is filled between "cool" and "add" marks
2.Check and add engine oil: Oil should cover bottom 1/2 of dip stick indicator or be below cross hatch mark. Do not fill above mark
Fill at filler opening beside distributor cover or through opening in center rear cam cover(s) (V-6/V-8). DO NOT overfill the crankcase with oil.
3.Check fluid and add transmission flud if necessary -Automatic transaxles only
Check power steering reservoir. Add fluid, If necessary
4.Close hood
5.Check that parking brake is set. Manual Transaxles, place lever in Neutral. Place gearshift and park position(automatic transaxles),
Insert ignition key
Turn ignition switch ON
If engine does not start within 10 seconds. Wait at least 10 SECONDS before making the next attempt
(NOTE: cranking for extended periods could flood engine and cause starting difficulties)
