How do i remove and refit a turbo from fiat scudo van?

Removing the Turbo

1. Disconnect the battery.

2. Remove the air filter box.

3. Remove the intercooler.

4. Remove the exhaust downpipe.

5. Remove the oil feed line.

6. Remove the oil return line.

7. Remove the water lines.

8. Remove the turbocharger mounting bolts.

9. Remove the turbocharger.

Refitting the Turbo

1. Install the turbocharger mounting bolts.

2. Install the water lines.

3. Install the oil return line.

4. Install the oil feed line.

5. Install the exhaust downpipe.

6. Install the intercooler.

7. Install the air filter box.

8. Reconnect the battery.
