1. Ensure that the tractor is on a level surface.
2. Park the tractor and allow it to cool down.
3. Locate the transmission oil level inspection window on the left side of the transmission housing. It will be a small glass or plastic window with a dipstick attached to the bottom.
4. Remove the dipstick from the fill port and wipe it clean with a rag.
5. Insert the dipstick back into the fill port until it seats.
6. Remove the dipstick again and check the oil level. The oil should be between the "Full" and "Add" marks on the dipstick.
7. If the oil level is low, add enough transmission oil to bring the level up to the "Full" mark.
8. Reinstall the dipstick.
9. Wipe up any spilled oil.
