1. Park your vehicle in a safe location and turn off the engine.
2. Open the hood of your vehicle.
3. Locate the air conditioner compressor. It is usually located on the front of the engine, near the top.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the air conditioner compressor.
5. Use a wrench to loosen and remove the bolts that hold the air conditioner compressor in place.
6. Once the bolts are removed, carefully lift the air conditioner compressor out of the vehicle.
7. Be careful not to spill any refrigerant from the air conditioner compressor.
8. Install a bypass pulley in place of the air conditioner compressor.
9. Reconnect the electrical connector to the bypass pulley.
10. Close the hood of your vehicle.
Your air conditioner compressor has now been eliminated.
