1. Open the hood of the van.
2. Locate the distributor. It is usually located at the front of the engine, on the passenger side.
3. The ignition module is attached to the side of the distributor. It is a small, black box with several wires connected to it.
4. You may need to remove the distributor cap in order to see the ignition module.
