How do you remove the windshield wipers on a Jeep?

To remove the windshield wipers on a Jeep, follow these steps:

1. Park your Jeep in a safe location and turn off the engine.

2. Locate the small, plastic covers on the base of each wiper arm where it attaches to the windshield.

3. Using a flat-head screwdriver or a trim removal tool, pry off the covers.

4. Once the covers are removed, you'll see a 13mm nut that holds the wiper arm in place.

5. Loosen the nut, but don't remove it completely.

6. Carefully lift up the wiper arm until it disengages from the splined shaft on the wiper transmission.

7. Once the wiper arm is removed, you can pull the wiper blade straight off the arm.

8. To install the new wiper blades, simply reverse the removal process.

9. Make sure the new wiper blades are seated properly on the wiper arms before turning the wipers back on.

Note: Some Jeep models may have different types of wiper blade attachments. If you're not sure how to remove the wiper blades on your particular model, consult your Jeep's owner's manual or contact a qualified mechanic.
