When should the timing belt or chain be changed on a 2009 Honda pilot?

According to the 2009 Honda Pilot owner's manual, the timing belt should be inspected every 105,000 miles or 7 years, whichever comes first. If the timing belt is found to be damaged or worn, it should be replaced immediately.

There is no timing chain in the 2009 Honda Pilot, so it does not need to be replaced.
