1. Gather the necessary materials.

You will need:

- New oil (SAE 10W-40)

- Funnel

- Oil drain pan

- Wrench

2. Prepare the bike.

- Turn off the engine and let it cool down.

- Place the bike on a level surface.

- Remove the oil fill plug (usually located on the top of the engine).

3. Drain the old oil.

- Place the oil drain pan under the oil drain plug.

- Remove the oil drain plug.

- Allow all of the old oil to drain out.

- Replace the oil drain plug.

4. Add new oil.

- Use the funnel to add new oil to the engine.

- Add the amount of oil specified in the bike's owner's manual.

- Replace the oil fill plug.

5. Check the oil level.

- Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.

- Turn off the engine and check the oil level.

- The oil level should be between the "full" and "add" marks on the dipstick.
