To change the coolant on a Brute Force 650, follow these steps:

1. Gather the following materials:

- New coolant (refer to your owner's manual for the recommended type and amount)

- Funnel

- 5mm Allen wrench

- Bucket or pan for catching the old coolant

- Hose or tubing for draining the coolant

2. Prepare the brute force 650:

- Remove the seat.

- Place a bucket or pan underneath the radiator to catch the old coolant.

3. Drain the old coolant:

- Locate the drain plug on the bottom of the radiator.

- Use the 5mm Allen wrench to loosen the drain plug.

- Allow the old coolant to drain completely into the bucket or pan.

4. Flush the cooling system (Optional):

- To ensure a complete removal of old coolant and any dirt or debris, you can flush the system with water or a flushing agent.

- Attach a hose or tubing to the radiator drain plug.

- Open the radiator cap.

- Run water or the flushing agent through the system until clear liquid comes out.

- Close the drain plug and the radiator cap.

5. Refill the cooling system:

- Remove the radiator cap.

- Use the funnel to add new coolant to the radiator.

- Fill the radiator to the specified level indicated in the owner's manual.

6. Check for leaks:

- Start the engine and let it run for a few minutes.

- Check the radiator and surrounding area for any coolant leaks.

- If you notice any leaks, turn off the engine and retighten the drain and /or radiator cap until the leak stops.

7. Adjust the coolant level:

- Once the engine has cooled down, recheck the coolant level in the radiator.

- Add more coolant if necessary to bring it to the specified level.

8. Replace the seat and any other parts you removed during the process.
