To replace the crank position sensor, you will need the following tools:
* A socket wrench
* A ratchet
* A 10mm socket
* A 13mm socket
* A flat-blade screwdriver
Instructions:
1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Locate the crank position sensor on the driver's side of the engine, just behind the crankshaft pulley.
3. Use the 10mm socket and ratchet to remove the two bolts that hold the sensor in place.
4. Use the flat-blade screwdriver to pry the sensor out of its mounting hole.
5. Disconnect the three-wire connector from the sensor.
6. Install the new sensor in the reverse order of removal.
7. Reconnect the negative battery cable.
