1. Insert the key into the driver's door lock cylinder and turn it to the "Lock" position.
2. While holding the key in the "Lock" position, press and hold the "Unlock" button on the key fob for at least five seconds.
3. The door locks will cycle several times to indicate that the factory-set keyless entry code has been retrieved.
4. Release the key and the "Unlock" button.
