Can you put a v8 supercharger on 4 cylinder car?

It is not practical or feasible to put a V8 supercharger on a 4-cylinder car. Superchargers are designed specifically to work with certain engine types and configurations and are not interchangeable between different engines.

V8 superchargers are designed for V8 engines, and their mounting brackets, inlet and outlet ports, and other components are specifically engineered to fit and work with the V8 engine's configuration. These superchargers require a significant amount of space, and fitting one onto a 4-cylinder engine would require extensive modifications to the engine compartment, including fabrication of custom brackets and modifications to the hood and other bodywork.

Additionally, the V8 supercharger would be too large and powerful for the 4-cylinder engine, potentially causing engine damage or other problems. The supercharger would generate too much boost for the smaller engine, which could result in detonation, overheating, and other engine issues.

For a 4-cylinder engine, it would be more appropriate and effective to use a supercharger specifically designed for 4-cylinder engines. Several aftermarket companies manufacture superchargers specifically for 4-cylinder applications, which are designed to provide optimal performance and efficiency without the need for extensive modifications.
