1. Ensure that all the doors and the trunk are closed properly.
2. Locate the hood release lever inside the driver's footwell and pull it to open the hood.
3. Once the hood is open, locate the horn relay. It is a black box with a red and black wire attached to it. The horn relay is usually located near the battery, but if you can't find it, consult the owner's manual for its exact location.
4. Remove the horn relay by gently pulling it out of its socket.
5. With the horn relay removed, the alarm should be disabled.
6. Close the hood and try to start the vehicle.
