Step 1: Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the following sequence to 20 Nm (15 ft-lbs)

Step 2: Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the same sequence to 45 Nm (33 ft-lbs)

Step 3: Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the same sequence to 65 Nm (48 ft-lbs)

Step 4: Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the same sequence to 80 Nm (59 ft-lbs)

Step 5: Tighten the cylinder head bolts in the same sequence an additional 90 degrees.
