1. Gather the necessary tools and parts.
* Replacement brake light assembly.
* Phillips head screwdriver.
* Flat head screwdriver.
2. Remove the old brake light assembly.
* Start by removing the two Phillips head screws that hold the brake light assembly in place.
* Once the screws are removed, carefully pry the brake light assembly out of the window opening using the flat head screwdriver.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector.
* Once the brake light assembly is removed, disconnect the electrical connector by pressing down on the release tab and pulling the connector apart.
4. Install the new brake light assembly.
* First, connect the new brake light assembly's electrical connector to the wiring harness.
* Then, carefully insert the new brake light assembly into the window opening.
