The Ford Excursion is the world's largest SUV. It was produced by Ford Motor Company from 1999 to 2005. The Excursion was based on the Ford F-250 Super Duty pickup truck. It was offered in two lengths: a standard-length model with a wheelbase of 137 inches, and an extended-length model with a wheelbase of 156 inches. The Excursion had a seating capacity of up to nine passengers and a cargo capacity of up to 109 cubic feet. It was powered by a 5.4-liter or 6.8-liter V10 gasoline engine. The Excursion was discontinued in 2005 due to poor sales.
