Open the bonnet (hood) of the vehicle.
Locate the headlight adjusters. They are usually small, plastic knobs located on the top or back of the headlight housing.
Turn the adjusters with a screwdriver or other suitable tool. Turning the adjuster clockwise will lower the beam, while turning it counterclockwise will raise the beam.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the other headlight.
Close the bonnet (hood).
Start the vehicle and check the headlight alignment. The headlights should be aligned so that the top of the beam is level with the ground and the outer edge of the beam is about 1 meter (3 feet) from the vehicle.
If necessary, repeat steps 2 through 4 until the headlights are properly aligned.
