Instructions:
1. Locate the two screws that hold the rearview mirror in place. These screws are typically located on the bottom of the mirror housing.
2. Use a screwdriver to remove the screws. Be careful not to drop the screws.
3. Remove the old rearview mirror from the vehicle.
4. Position the new rearview mirror in place.
5. Insert the screws into the holes on the bottom of the mirror housing.
6. Use a screwdriver to tighten the screws.
7. Test the rearview mirror to make sure it is properly attached.
Here are some additional tips:
- If the rearview mirror does not fit snugly against the windshield, you may need to use a spacer.
- If your rearview mirror has an auto-dimming feature or any other electrical components, you will need to reconnect the wiring.
- Test the operation of the rearview mirror to ensure it is functioning correctly, this includes any heating elements, dimming functions and adjustability.
