Instructions:
1. Park the car on a level surface and apply the parking brake.
2. Chock the wheels to prevent the car from rolling.
3. Locate the transaxle. It is the large metal housing located under the car, near the front of the engine.
4. Clean the surface of the transaxle where the inner CV-joint will be installed.
5. Apply grease to the inner CV-joint.
6. Position the inner CV-joint over the splined shaft of the transaxle.
7. Use a pry bar to pry the inner CV-joint into place. Be careful not to damage the splined shaft.
8. Tap the inner CV-joint into place with a hammer.
9. Install the snap ring to hold the inner CV-joint in place.
10. Install the boot and clamps.
11. Install the axle to the wheel hub.
12. Lower the car and test the CV-joint for proper operation.

The inner CV-joint should be pushed in until the snap ring is seated in the groove on the splined shaft.
