Where is the idle screw located on a 2001 Honda CR250R?

The 2001 Honda CR250R doesn't have a dedicated idle speed adjustment mechanism. Instead, the idle speed is controlled by the position of the throttle stop screw. This screw is located on the right side of the carburetor, just below the throttle cable bracket. To adjust the idle speed, turn the screw clockwise to increase the idle speed or counterclockwise to decrease it.
