Here are the step by step instructions with and with out the key fob.
1. Turn the ignition to the "ON" position.
2. Press and hold the "Power" button on the radio for at least two seconds.
3. The radio will display the "Initializing" message.
4. Wait for the radio to reset and display the main menu.
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal from the battery.
2. Wait at least 10 minutes for the radio to lose power.
3. Reconnect the negative battery terminal to the battery.
4. Turn on the radio.
NOTE: If the radio is still not working after resetting, there may be a problem with the radio itself or the wiring harness. In this case, it is best to consult with a qualified technician for further assistance.
