1. Park your vehicle in a safe location and engage the parking brake.
2. Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down.
3. Locate the brake line that is leaking. It will typically be a metal line that runs from the master cylinder to the rear wheels.
4. Place a drain pan under the leaking brake line to catch any brake fluid that may spill.
5. Use a wrench to loosen and remove the brake line fitting that is leaking.
6. Replace the brake line fitting with a new one.
7. Tighten the brake line fitting until it is snug.
8. Fill the master cylinder with new brake fluid.
9. Test the brakes to make sure that they are working properly.
Here are some additional tips:
* If the brake line is rusted or corroded, you may need to replace the entire brake line.
* Be careful not to spill any brake fluid on the paint of your vehicle. Brake fluid can damage paint.
* If you are not comfortable working on your vehicle's brakes, you can take it to a qualified mechanic.
