Here are the steps involved in replacing the blower motor bushes:
1. Disconnect the battery. This is a safety precaution to prevent any electrical shock from occurring while you are working on the blower motor.
2. Remove the glove box. This will give you access to the blower motor.
3. Remove the blower motor. There are three screws that hold the blower motor in place. Remove these screws and then carefully pull the blower motor out of the housing.
4. Remove the old bushes. The bushes are located on the inside of the blower motor housing. They are held in place by a snap ring. Use a small screwdriver to pry the snap ring off and then remove the bushes.
5. Install the new bushes. Make sure that the new bushes are properly seated in the housing. Then, replace the snap ring.
6. Reinstall the blower motor. Carefully insert the blower motor back into the housing and secure it with the three screws.
7. Reinstall the glove box.
8. Reconnect the battery.
Now, the blower motor should be working properly. Test it out by turning on the fan. If the fan works, then you have successfully replaced the blower motor bushes.
