If the PCM detects a problem with the Power Relay function within 30 seconds after the key has been placed in the ON position, DTC B1353 will set.
- Check for short to battery or ground in PCM fuse 15 (15A).
- Check for proper ground (PCM pin 4).
- Check for continuity between PCM pin 2 (Red/Light Blue wire) and the starter relay terminal.
- Check Starter Relay and circuit between starter relay and Power Distribution Box.
- If wiring and components check OK, replace the PCM.
