2. Remove the door panel. To remove the door panel, you will need to remove the screws that hold it in place. These screws are usually located around the edges of the door panel.
3. Disconnect the door lock actuator. Once you have removed the door panel, you will need to disconnect the door lock actuator. To do this, simply unplug the electrical connector that is attached to it.
4. Adjust the door lock actuator rod. The door lock actuator rod is the metal rod that is attached to the door lock actuator. To adjust the rod, simply turn the adjustment screw that is located on the side of the actuator.
5. Reconnect the door lock actuator. Once you have adjusted the door lock actuator rod, reconnect the electrical connector to the actuator.
6. Reinstall the door panel. Reinstall the door panel by reversing the steps that you took to remove it.
