How do you lock a VW Passat?

Using the remote:

1. Press the lock button on the key fob once.

2. The doors will lock with a beep.

Using the door lock switch:

1. Get out of the car and close the door behind you.

2. Reach in through the open window and pull the lock switch up.

3. The door will lock with a click.

To unlock the car, simply press the unlock button on the key fob or pull the lock switch down.
