Step 1: Prepare the tractor
- Park the tractor on a level surface.
- Engage the parking brake.
- Turn off the engine and allow it to cool down.

- The mower deck is located under the tractor. It is a metal housing that encloses the mower blades.
Step 3: Remove the mower deck cover
- There are usually two or four bolts that hold the mower deck cover in place. Remove these bolts and lift off the cover.
Step 4: Remove the mower blades
- The mower blades are located inside the mower deck. They are attached to the mower deck with bolts.
- Use the socket wrench and ratchet to loosen and remove the bolts.
- Be careful not to drop the blades.
Step 5: Inspect the mower blades
- Inspect the mower blades for damage. If the blades are damaged, they will need to be replaced.
Step 6: Re-install the mower blades
- If the mower blades are not damaged, re-install them in the mower deck.
- Secure them with the bolts that you removed earlier.
Step 7: Re-install the mower deck cover
- Re-install the mower deck cover.
- Secure it with the bolts that you removed earlier.
Step 8: Test the mower
- Start the tractor and engage the mower.
- Test the mower to make sure that it is working properly.
