- Phillips head screwdriver
- Flat head screwdriver
- ¼ inch ratchet
- 10 mm socket
Step 2: Open the console.
- Pull up on the front lip of the console and lift it up and over the dashboard. It may snap down in a few spots. Use a flat head screwdriver or something flat and pry at the lip of the console to pop the snaps. Lift the console up and set it aside.
Step 3: Remove the rear screws.
- There are two screws on either side of the rear end of the seat. These screws are covered with a plastic cap. You will need to pry off the caps from the rear of the seat with your screwdriver. Once you have removed these caps you will see the screws. The screws are a ¼ inch bolt with a 10mm head. Unscrew the screws with your ratchet and 10mm socket and set the screws aside.
Step 4: Remove the front seat screws.
- There is one screw on either side of the seat in the front. These screws are not covered by a plastic cap, they will be exposed. Use your ratchet and 10 mm socket to unscrew these screws. Once the screws are removed, lift up on the front of the seat and it will come off.
