1) Park the car on a level surface and apply the parking brake.
2) Open the trunk and remove the two screws that hold the bumper in place.
3) Use a pry bar to gently pry the bumper loose from the body of the car. Start at one side and work your way around.
4) Be careful not to damage the paint or body of the car.
5) Once the bumper is loose, remove it from the car.
6) To reinstall the bumper, simply reverse the steps above.
