1. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "ON" position, but do not start the engine.
2. Press and hold the trip reset button on the left side of the instrument cluster until the display reads "Service Reset."
3.Release the trip reset button.
4.Press the up or down arrow button to select the "Service Reset" option.
5.Press the OK button to confirm the selection.
6.The display will read "Service Reset Complete."
7.Turn the ignition off and then back on to verify that the service indicator message has been reset.
*Note:* If the service indicator message does not reset, you may need to take your vehicle to a Mercedes-Benz dealership or qualified repair shop to have it reset.
