1. Open the hood.
- Pull the hood release lever located inside the vehicle, near the driver's left knee.
- Go to the front of the vehicle and lift the hood.
- Prop the hood open with the support rod.
2. Locate the headlight assembly.
- The headlight assembly is located at the front of the vehicle, on either side of the grille.
3. Remove the headlight bulb cap.
- Turn the headlight bulb cap counterclockwise until it comes loose.
- Remove the cap from the headlight assembly.
4. Remove the old headlight bulb.
- Grasp the old headlight bulb and gently pull it out of the socket.
5. Install the new headlight bulb.
- Insert the new headlight bulb into the socket.
- Gently push the bulb until it is seated properly.
6. Replace the headlight bulb cap.
- Screw the headlight bulb cap clockwise until it is secure.
7. Test the new headlight bulb.
- Turn on the headlights and check that the new bulb is working properly.
8. Close the hood.
- Release the hood support rod and lower the hood.
- Close the hood and make sure it is latched properly.
