1. Park the car in a safe location and turn off the engine.
2. Insert the key into the ignition and turn it to the "ON" position, but do not start the engine.
3. Use the "TRIP" button on the right side of the instrument panel to scroll through the odometer readings until the "SERVICE DUE" message appears.
4. Press and hold the "TRIP" button for at least 3 seconds until the "SERVICE RESET?" message appears.
5. Press the "TRIP" button again to confirm the reset.
6. The "SERVICE DUE" message should now be cleared and the maintenance light will be turned off.
