* A Philips head screwdriver
* A flat head screwdriver
* A new license plate light bulb (168/194 bulb)
Instructions:
1. Park the vehicle on a flat surface and turn off the engine.
2. Locate the license plate light housing on the rear of the vehicle.
3. Use the flat head screwdriver to gently pry open the license plate light housing. The housing might be secured by a clip or screw, depending on the model.
4. Remove the old license plate light bulb from the housing by turning it counterclockwise.
5. Insert the new license plate light bulb into the housing and turn it clockwise to secure it.
6. Reattach the license plate light housing and make sure that it is securely closed.
7. Test the new license plate light bulb by turning on the parking lights or headlights.
Be sure to dispose of the old light bulb properly and test the new one to make sure that it works properly before closing the housing. If the new bulb doesn't light up, check to make sure that it is properly inserted and that there is power coming to the light socket.
