1. Turn the engine off and ensure that the parking brake is engaged.
2. Press the "Set/Reset" button located on the instrument panel to enter the information center.
3. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the "Oil Life" display.
4. Press and hold the "Set/Reset" button for approximately three seconds until the oil life percentage resets to 100%.
5. Turn the ignition key to the "On" position but do not start the engine.
6. Verify that the oil life display has been reset to 100%.
7. Turn the ignition key to the "Off" position.
8. Start the engine and allow it to run for a few minutes.
9. The new oil life percentage should be displayed.
