2. Remove the steering wheel.
3. Remove the four screws that hold the tilt lever assembly in place.
4. Disconnect the electrical connector from the tilt lever assembly.
5. Remove the tilt lever assembly from the steering column.
Additional tips:
- If you are having difficulty removing the screws, you can try using a penetrating oil such as WD-40.
- Be careful not to drop the screws or electrical connector into the steering column.
- If you are replacing the tilt lever assembly, be sure to install it in the correct position. The lever should be pointing up when the steering wheel is in the straight-ahead position.
