- Phillips head screwdriver
- Flathead screwdriver
- T30 Torx bit
- Ratchet
- Socket set
- New door handle
Instructions:
1. Remove the door panel.
- Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the screws holding the door panel in place.
- Use a flathead screwdriver to pry up the door panel and remove it from the door frame.
2. Disconnect the door handle.
- Use a T30 Torx bit to remove the screws holding the door handle in place.
- Disconnect the electrical connector from the door handle.
3. Remove the door handle.
- Pull the door handle out of the door.
4. Install the new door handle.
- Slide the new door handle into the door.
- Connect the electrical connector to the door handle.
- Secure the door handle with the screws you removed in step 2.
5. Reinstall the door panel.
- Place the door panel back on the door frame.
- Secure the door panel with the screws you removed in step 1.
6. Test the door handle.
- Open and close the door to make sure the door handle is working properly.
