1. Turn the ignition key to the "On" position without starting the engine.
2. Press and hold the "Set/CLR" button on the instrument panel for about 5 seconds.
3. When the "TPMS Reset" message appears on the display, release the button.
4. The tire pressure light will blink three times to indicate that it has been reset.
To reset the oil change light on a 1999 Grand Am GT:
1. Connect a code scanner or ODBII reader to the car's diagnostic port.
2. Turn the ignition key to the "On" position without starting the engine.
3. Select the "Oil Reset" option from the code scanner or ODBII reader menu.
4. Follow the prompts on the display to reset the oil change light.
