To remove the inner door panels in a 2001 Honda Civic coupe, follow these steps:

1. Remove the door handle bezel. There are two screws holding the bezel in place. Remove these screws and then pry the bezel off with a flat-head screwdriver.

2. Remove the window crank handle. There is one screw holding the window crank handle in place. Remove this screw and then pull the handle off.

3. Remove the door lock knob. There is one screw holding the door lock knob in place. Remove this screw and then pull the knob off.

4. Remove the screws holding the door panel in place. There are seven screws holding the door panel in place. Three of the screws are located at the top of the panel, two are located in the middle of the panel, and two are located at the bottom of the panel. Remove all seven screws.

5. Pry the door panel off. Once the screws are removed, you can pry the door panel off with a flat-head screwdriver. Start by prying the panel off at the top and then work your way down.

6. Disconnect the electrical connectors. There are two electrical connectors that need to be disconnected before you can remove the door panel completely. One connector is for the power window switch and the other is for the door lock switch.
