1. Remove the door handle.
- Use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the door handle in place.
- Once the screws are removed, pull the door handle towards you to remove it from the door.
2. Remove the window crank handle.
- Pull the window crank up to its highest position.
- Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry the cover off of the window crank.
- Once the cover is removed, use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the window crank in place.
- Once the screws are removed, pull the window crank upwards to remove it from the door.
3. Remove the door lock knob.
- Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry the cover off of the door lock knob.
- Once the cover is removed, use a Phillips head screwdriver to remove the two screws that hold the door lock knob in place.
- Once the screws are removed, pull the door lock knob towards you to remove it from the door.
4. Remove the door panel.
- Use a flat-head screwdriver to pry up the clips that hold the door panel in place.
- Start at the bottom of the door panel and work your way up.
- Be careful not to damage the door panel or the clips.
- Once all of the clips are removed, pull the door panel towards you to remove it from the door.
5. Remove the vapor barrier.
- Once the door panel is removed, you can remove the vapor barrier.
- The vapor barrier is the plastic sheet that covers the inside of the door.
- To remove the vapor barrier, simply peel it off of the door.
