How do you remove and replace 1995 Buick Park Avenue supercharger?

Tools Required:

- 10mm socket

- Ratchet

- 13mm socket

- Breaker bar

- Extension

- Flathead screwdriver

- Pliers

- Gloves

- Safety glasses

Instructions:

1. Park the car in a safe location and allow the engine to cool down.

2. Disconnect the negative battery terminal. This is located on the driver's side of the engine bay.

3. Remove the air intake tube. There are two 10mm bolts that hold it in place.

4. Loosen the serpentine belt tensioner. This is located on the passenger side of the engine bay. Use a 13mm socket and breaker bar to loosen the bolt.

5. Remove the serpentine belt. Once the tensioner is loosened, you can remove the belt by hand.

6. Remove the supercharger mounting bracket. There are four 13mm bolts that hold it in place.

7. Disconnect the supercharger coolant lines. There are two coolant lines that connect the supercharger to the engine. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry off the hose clamps and then remove the lines.

8. Disconnect the supercharger oil line. There is one oil line that connects the supercharger to the engine. Use a flathead screwdriver to pry off the hose clamp and then remove the line.

9. Remove the supercharger. Now that all of the lines are disconnected, you can remove the supercharger by lifting it straight up. Be careful not to drop it.

10. Install the new supercharger. Reverse the steps above to install the new supercharger.

11. Reconnect the negative battery terminal.

12. Start the engine and check for leaks.

Tips:

- When disconnecting the coolant lines, make sure to catch the coolant that spills out.

- Be careful not to drop the supercharger when removing or installing it.

- If you are having trouble removing the serpentine belt, you may need to use a pry bar to help you.

- If you are not comfortable working on your own car, you can have the supercharger removed and installed by a qualified mechanic.
