How do you start a Honda ATV without key?

Disconnect Kill Switch: Start by locating the kill switch, it's usually a red button or a toggle switch. Ensure that it's in the "Off" or "Run" position.

Identify Relay Box: Locate the relay box attached to the ATV frame. It's a black box with multiple wires connected to it.

Find Starter Solenoid Relay: The starter solenoid is usually labelled as "Starter Solenoid Relay" or "Starter Relay." It's a 3 or 4-pin relay.

Prepare Wiring: You will need a pair of jumper cables or wires. Connect one end of one wire to the negative terminal on the battery (usually black). Leave the other end of this wire free for later.

Connect Relay Terminals: Connect the other end of the wire you just connected to the battery (negative) to pin 30 of the Starter Solenoid Relay.

Connect Starter Terminal: Connect the other end of the second wire to the positive terminal on the battery (usually red).

Test Connection: Touch the free end of the wire connected to the battery positive to pin 87 on the Starter Solenoid Relay. This may activate the starter.

Secure Connection: If pin 87 activates the starter, ensure it's secure and won't come off.

Repeat for Longer Cranks: If pin 87 didn't activate the starter, try connecting to pin 86 instead of pin 87.

Turn Off After Starting: After the ATV has started, disconnect the wires that you connected, starting with the negative wire.

Reconnect Battery: Reconnect the negative battery cable that was disconnected earlier. Now the ATV should be in its normal operating state.

Caution: While this method allows you to start the ATV without a key, it's not secure. Anyone can easily start your ATV without authorization using the same process. Only use this method in emergencies or if you have another immobilizer system in place.
