• 17mm socket wrench
• Ratchet
• Breaker bar
• Flathead screwdriver
• Hammer
1. Loosen the lug nuts on the front wheels with the 17mm socket wrench. Do not remove the lug nuts completely.
2. Jack up the front of the car and place jack stands under the frame to support the car.
3. Remove the lug nuts and wheels.
4. Use a flathead screwdriver and hammer to pry off the caliper bracket covers.
5. Remove the two 12mm bolts that hold the caliper bracket to the steering knuckle.
6. Pull the caliper bracket off the rotor.
7. Use a breaker bar to loosen the lug nut that holds the rotor to the hub.
8. Remove the lug nut and slide the rotor off of the hub.
9. Clean the hub and rotor mating surfaces with a wire brush.
10. Install the new rotor. Make sure that the rotor is seated properly on the hub.
11. Reinstall the lug nut and tighten it snugly.
12. Reinstall the caliper bracket and bolts.
13. Reattach the caliper bracket covers.
14. Lower the car and reinstall the wheels.
15. Tighten the lug nuts in a star pattern to 90 ft-lbs.
