2006 Subaru Outback and the seat belt chimes are distracting only when you have to back up?

There is no record of seat belt chimes only going off while in reverse in the 2006 Subaru Outback. Some vehicles have a function of having only a passenger seat chime if no weight is sitting in any other seat of the vehicle.
