Time: 1-2 hours
Tools Needed:
* Wrench set
* Socket set
* Screwdriver
* Pliers
* Jack
* Jack stands
Instructions:
1. Disconnect the battery.
2. Raise the vehicle and support it on jack stands.
3. Locate the starter. It is located on the driver's side of the engine, near the bottom.
4. Remove the bolts that hold the starter in place. There are two bolts on the top and one on the bottom.
5. Disconnect the electrical connectors from the starter.
6. Remove the starter from the vehicle.
7. Install the new starter in reverse order of removal.
8. Reconnect the battery.
9. Lower the vehicle and remove the jack stands.
10. Start the vehicle and test the starter.
