1. Turn off your radio.
2. Press and hold the "1" and "6" buttons simultaneously.
3. While still holding down the "1" and "6" buttons, turn on the radio.
4. Release the buttons when you see "0000" displayed on the screen.
5. Enter your factory reset code using the radio's buttons.
6. Press the "AM/FM" button to save your changes.
Method 2: Reset the radio by disconnecting the battery
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal from your car's battery.
2. Wait 30 seconds.
3. Reconnect the negative battery terminal to your car's battery.
4. Turn on your radio.
