1. Park the car in a safe location and turn off the engine.
2. Engage the parking brake.
3. Loosen the lug nuts on the wheel that's over the brake rotor that you're going to remove. Don't remove the lug nuts completely at this point.
4. Jack up the car until the wheel is off the ground.
5. Remove the lug nuts and take off the wheel.
6. Remove the caliper bracket bolts and remove the caliper bracket from the rotor.
7. Remove the two bolts holding the rotor to the hub.
8. Pry the rotor off the hub using a pry bar or screwdriver.
9. Clean the rotor surface and the hub with a wire brush.
10. Reinstall the rotor and secure it with the two bolts.
11. Reinstall the caliper bracket and secure it with the bolts.
12. Reinstall the wheel and secure it with the lug nuts.
13. Lower the vehicle.
14. Repeat steps 3-13 for the other brake rotor if needed.
