1. Turn the ignition key to the "ON" position, but do not start the engine.
2. Within 5 seconds, turn the ignition key to the "OFF" position and remove it from the ignition.
3. Wait 10 seconds.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 two more times.
5. On the fourth attempt, turn the ignition key to the "ON" position and start the engine.
6. The anti-theft system should now be reset or disabled.
If the anti-theft system is still not reset or disabled, you may need to have the vehicle towed to a Honda dealership or qualified mechanic for further assistance.
